Вопервых sisyphus-branch-3.0. 
alterator-xkb-0.3-alt1
xorg-x11-server-6.8.2-alt17
xorg.conf в приложение. Такая же ситуация не только на данной машине.

А чёрт его знает, ни xsession-errors, ни в Xorg.0.log ни слова ни полслова по 
данному поводу. Где ёще смотреть не знаю.
