Я, к стыду своему, не заметил, как прошло обновление, поскольку не сразу
начал редактировать русский текст, а поэтому и не засек смену версий.
Поглядеть в syslog не сообразил. Но сейчас привожу кусок из него.

Раньше в статусной строке значился режим кодировки в виде буквы "u".
Теперь там, в основном "RAW" или редко показывает "ISO8".
