[sisyphus] зависимости python2.3 в rpm

Возникла проблема с зависимостями в rpm связанных c python

[root на mike root]#  apt-get install wxPythonGTK
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done

[root на mike root]# rpm -q python23 --provides
rpm -q python23 --provides
python = 2.3
/usr/bin/python
libpython2.3.so.1.0
python23 = 2.3.3-alt6.2.1

т.е. таких вещей как /python2\.3.*/ у меня в rpm нет и взять их непонятно где.
точно тоже самое у меня совсем недавно было когда я собирал себе meld. Там я 
просто поставил Autoreq:0, при сборке "для себя" сойдет, но вообще это не 
решение, а workaround.
Рискну предположить, что м.б. что-то изменилось в том как работают скрипты из 
rpm-build ( в частности /usr/lib/rpm/find-requires ).

any ideas?
