E: incoming x86_64 reject: wine-1.0.9-alt3

The wine-1.0.9-alt3 package has been rejected from Sisyphus incoming
for x86_64 architecture.

You should add the contents of `/usr/share/libtool-1.5/aclocal/libtool.m4' to `aclocal.m4'.
Putting files in AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR, `tools'.
