Я так понимаю, что объявление "include ="  в начале секции [global]
ни какого эффекта не произведет, так как меняет все, что было "До" и
ничего, что будет "После" ...
А объявление "include ="  в конце секции [global] переопределит всю
секцию...
Даже если в файле smb.conf.%m секция [global] пустая, то все значения
сбросятся в дефолт...

За пояснения спасибо, но я, наверное, воздержусь от таких плясок...
