В приличных мультестейкхолдерных тусовочках всегда дают ссылку на
регламенты. Почему что-то приняли и почему что-то исключили, так как есть
процесс. Если таких регламенов и процесса нет, то побеждает тот, у кого
больше аргументов с стиле geographical/gender diversity и подобных.
