[kbd] rename colemak map file

[Rahil Bhimjiani]

currently it's named "en-latin9", requesting it to rename it to "colemak"
as most distributions are shipping with systemd and its command 'localectl
list-keymaps' shows map file name (en-latin9) resulting into no search
result for colemak users.
