[Hardware] D-Link DWA-610 wi-fi адаптер

В общем купиля я всё же D-Link DWA-610, да и тот последний. На ядре
kernel-image-std-ll-2.6.25-alt8.M41.4 адаптер определился, модуль
rt61pci.

Чтобы заработало пришлось положить в /lib/firmware файлы rt2561.bin,
rt2561s.bin и rt2661.bin, которые вытащил отсюда:
ftp://ftp.dlinkla.com/pub/drivers/DWA-610/DRIVER%20LINUX_DWA-610_v1.1.1.0.zip.

Настроил интерфейс через альтератор. После перезагрузки всё
заработало. Так что теперь можно провод с плинтуса отдирать. :)

На сколько я понял, файлы rt2561.bin, rt2561s.bin и rt2661.bin можно
взять и отсюда:
http://www.ralinktech.com.tw/data/RT61_Firmware_V1.2.zip. Почему они
не идут в дополнение к модулю ядра? Вроде бы их можно распространять:
