Загружается только с nolapic. button, ac, battery, processor, thermal - тоже
грузятся и все работает. По поводу обновления BIOS - искать на сайте
производителя, HP? Попробую, хотя не уверен, что найду.

И я о том же. Наверное, попросту перейду на 2.6 и все. Хотя это ядро не всегда
работает толком. Вот же гадство! Ладно, буду посмотреть.
А что все-таки делать с видеокартой и монитором в иксах? Неужели никому не
удавалось запустить коммерческий драйвер ATI для лептопов? Жаль. Но хоть
монитор надо настроить как следует, а я никак не могу выяснить его
параметров...
