Debuginfo subpackages if not a priority.  See why.

Lemme ask you a question.  Did you ever run a '-g -O2' binary under gdb?
Haven't you ever seen something like "this piece of shit have been
optimized out, and there's absolutely no way to recover it"?  That's why
I'm skeptical about *-debuginfo packages.  Optimizations and debugging
do not fit quite well.  (And there are other reasons, too.)
