Начиная с cert-sh-functions >= 0.3-alt1 вместо этого можно
использовать команды:

cert-sh make_key "$1"
cert-sh make_req "$1"
cert-sh make_dhparam "$1" "$DHPARAM_NUMBITS"

И . cert-sh-finctions уже необязателен.

P.S. ssl_make_foo само вызывает ssl_check_foo
