[Comm] mkbootflash с ключем -p вылетает с ошибкой

Доброго времени суток всем!

Собственно сабж.
mkbootflash с ключем -p на второй стадии записи вылетает с ошибкой
не закончив процесс записи.

Подскажите, как грабли убрать и заставить mkbootflash нормально работать.
Похоже проблема внутри скрипта.
И ему без разницы в каком состоянии automount.


Проблема такого рода:
