есть ipac-ng-1.31-alt1

cat ipac.conf

rules file = /etc/ipac-ng/rules.conf.iptables

cat rules.conf.iptables
upload|ipac~fo|all|all|0/0|0/0||

Вопрос:
1) Почему когда расскоментированная опция classic mode = 
fetchipac выдает (пробовал пересобирать с поддержкой classic mode все одно)
Error in config file near line 10: syntax error
2) Как победить нижеследующее? 
Если опция classic mode = закоментирована, то 
fetchipac -Svv
