[Comm] gpg не доверяет , подписаному мной публичному ключу

Подписываю у себя публичный ключ своего товарища (или любой другой).
Всё подписывается отлично... но статус "Доверие" остается 
неопределенным :(

Почему так? (мой товарищ проделал туже операцию с моим ключём -
всё ОК)
