Some email clients recognize headers like Mail-Followup-To:,
but this particular list has Reply-To: set anyways; either way,
there's a mode/mood when one specifically wants to ask for
someone else's attention (or can't presume they're on the list
and actually reading the traffic), and thus sets the explicit Cc:
(the "low-noise" mode is to reply to ML only).
In this case of me not filtering community-en@ so it just hits my
inbox being quite a low-volume list there's just no difference. :)

Glad to hear :-) Looks like there's "errordu.msg" as well
(which is UTF-8 version of "errord.msg", what a cute naming).

We've got a sort of introduction text here:
http://altlinux.org/BugTracking/BugzillaMiniHowto
-- but it's in Russian; maybe Yandex.Translate is good enough:
http://translated.turbopages.org/proxy_u/ru-en.ru.333c2ebd-641841b4-f8bfa03c-74722d776562/https/www.altlinux.org/BugTracking/BugzillaMiniHowto
(there are obvious caveats like "phone number" but a quick skim
tells me it should be legible overall).
As it's a considerable bug (albeit somewhat nontrivial due to
fpc's approach to localization) I've spent some more time to
post it along with a draft of the script and fpc.spec patch:
http://bugzilla.altlinux.org/45589 -- it's always easier to
get down to a bugreport with a patch (as in "they do *really*
need that it seems") but you were not supposed to file that
yourself when it's not a habit :-)
If you register there, you can subscribe to the bug by adding
yourself to CC list.

Should not be a problem.

Hmm, I don't have any significant experience with gnome-software
(it's the package that holds that application) so can't comment;
*might* be its own bug.

That's what I would do myself either :-)
