The eighth release of starterkits based on p10 branch for i586, x86_64, 
aarch64 architectures is ready.

Changes:

- systemd 249.16;
- Mesa 22.3.1;
- Qt5 5.15.8;
- Firefox ESR 102.7.0;
- KDE5: 5.102.0 / 5.26.5 / 22.08.3;
- xfce-sysv: udev-rule-generator-net added;
- cnc-rt: Linux-rt 5.10.168, bCNC added;
- engineering: bCNC and simulide added; KiCad 6.11.
