[Comm-en] 5.0.2 School Terminal: Terminal presents text localhost login

I'm testing the 5.0.2 School Terminal release to see how it compares to 
Michael Shigorin's 5.0.2 Terminal snapshot.

I have it installed on two different servers with two different clients 
(though the clients are both eMachines desktops with similar specs).

On both terminals, after credentials are submitted at the GUI login, 
terminal responds with a text localhost login and rejects all login 
attempts over several accounts with "Incorrect login."

This must have been a known problem with the release.  With a known 
solution -- true, I hope?
