[Comm-en] Add a new user via GUI in 5.0.2 Terminal?

Hi, all.

I'm new to Alt Linux and currently testing 5.0.2 Terminal from Michael 
Shigorin's web site: 
altlinux-5.0-20110423-terminal-i586-ru-install-cd.iso at 
http://ftp.linux.kiev.ua/pub/Linux/ALT/people/mike/iso/terminal/

I would like to add a new user via graphical interface.  I found Control 
Center: Security & Privacy: Password & User Account, but it merely 
offered to manage settings for my existing admin account.  I found no 
option for adding a new account.

Can I accomplish this task from some other interface?
