Hello!
11 update of ALT Server operating system is available. New distribution
release is based on Platform 11 stable repository branch.
The build is available for x86_64 and AArch64 Platform 11 (p11 Salvia
branch), based on the 6.12 kernel.
Highlights of the First Release of ALT Server on Platform 11:
* Distro now ships as a multi-product solution.
* ALT Server installs with a minimal configuration by default.
* Additional options are available during installation:
** GUI support (GNOME).
** Samba AD client infrastructure support.
** Web-based management interface.
** Virtual environment compatibility.
* Alterator with new GUI and CLI administration tools.
* All supported packages are organized into "Components".
* The product includes containerization technologies support.

Installer
The installation steps have been redesigned. As before, users can choose
between automatic or manual disk partitioning, with the option to create
encrypted partitions. "ALT Server" installs in minimal mode - either
console-only or with graphical interface. The installer features a new
visual design.
Network Subsystem
The default network subsystem is etcnet for console installations and
NetworkManager for graphical installations. In both cases,
systemd-networkd is installed but remains disabled by default.
Features and Concept
The distribution now delivers multiple products within a single package.
These integrated products are referred to as "editions." Currently, the
distribution includes two editions: the same name "ALT Server" and "ALT
Domain."
Each edition comprises a set of officially supported components. These
components consist of comprehensive software packages that deliver the
edition's core functionality.
ALT Server Edition
A classic server distribution designed for diverse workloads (file
server, web server, DBMS, etc.). Its component catalog features an
extensive selection of general-purpose packages (httpd, postgresql,
nginx, etc.).
ALT Domain Edition
An enterprise infrastructure management platform featuring:
* Samba AD-based directory services.
* Integrated support for related services (Bind, Kea, etc.) managed as a
unified solution.
Administrative tools including:
* AD Management Console (ADMC).
* Group Policy UI (GPUI).
* Client-side configuration tools (gpupdate) for user/computer policy
application.

Package Updates
Proxmox Backup Server (PBS):
* Added support for backups to removable media;
* Enhanced replication: now supports both pull and push synchronization
between remote storage systems.
