These integrated products are referred to as "editions." Currently, the
distribution includes two editions: the same name "ALT Server" and "ALT
Domain."

Each edition comprises a set of officially supported components. These
components consist of comprehensive software packages that deliver the
edition's core functionality.

ALT Server Edition

A classic server distribution designed for diverse workloads (file
server, web server, DBMS, etc.). Its component catalog features an
extensive selection of general-purpose packages (httpd, postgresql,
nginx, etc.).

ALT Domain Edition

An enterprise infrastructure management platform featuring:
* Samba AD-based directory services.
* Integrated support for related services (Bind, Kea, etc.) managed as a
unified solution.

Administrative tools including:
* AD Management Console (ADMC).
* Group Policy UI (GPUI).
* Client-side configuration tools (gpupdate) for user/computer policy
application.
