[Sysadmins] ippools and freeradius

использую Branch4.0
freeradius-1.1.7-alt2
Прописал в /etc/raddb/radiusd.conf
ippool main_pool {
                 range-start = 172.26.18.2
                range-stop = 172.26.18.101

Вопрос:
В файле есть сообщение:
     # ********* IF YOU CHANGE THE RANGE PARAMETERS YOU MUST *********
        # ********* THEN ERASE THE DB FILES                     *********
Нет этой базы. как ее создать? 
Как я понимаю, из за этого клиенты радиуса получают 192.168.1.1 (значение по 
умолчанию)
