[Sysadmins] sata port failed to respond

Доброго дня.
Граждане - имеется роутер на 4-м ALT сервере :
Linux hq 2.6.18-ovz-smp-alt14 #1 SMP Wed May 2 15:41:15 MSD 2007 i686 
GNU/Linux
И такой конфигурацией:

1- я проблема заключается в том что  при обращении к sda3 sata hdd
имеем

Собственно совсем непонятно почему так - на другом системнике с таким же 
дистрибуливом всё ок - мать конечно же другая ...

И возможно как следствие  2-я проблема 
при перезагрузке исчезают вновь созданные файлы - а изменённые возвращаются к 
прежнему состоянию.
Это моя недоработка или проблемы материнки ? - ранее на най стоял REL и таких 
проблем не наблюдалось.
Хотя там hdd стояли в зеркале - sda1 и sda2...
