Hello All,

A new version of Open Admin for Schools 4.00c is now available. This
is an open source web based school administration program built using
perl, LaTeX, and MySql.  It is in wide usage and has been available
since 2002.

This version improves the report card and transcript system, reduces
script count and phrase count, and improves on the parent site
scripting. Many other smaller improvements, as well.
