I make no claims about advanced English certificate (and neither
require from my opponents).  The question is precisely whether

"Well, this is embarrassing" = "Ой, вот ведь незадача" 

is an appropriate translation.  I claim it is not.  Whether you
like it or not, they simply cannot understand human language.
