Я лично с таким не сталкивался, но если набрать в Гугле:
An error occurred in the io-library ('Unspecified error'): Could not  query

то окажется, что такая проблема не только у вас, и не только с вашей 
камерой. Поищите на этих страницах, может найдете ответ.
