Пнуть бы на пересборку php5, а то при обновлении:

apache: Depends: libmm.so.14
php5-libs: Depends: libmm.so.1

в результате:

[root на gw ldap]# apt-get install apache apache-mod_php5 libmm php5 php5-dom 
php5-gd2 php5-imap php5-ldap php5-libs php5-mbstring php5-mysql php5-openssl
