Не порядок. Очень часто наблюдается такая вот карттина:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
The following URL could not be retrieved:
 ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus/SRPMS.classic/
 mozilla-ru-1.7.7-alt1.src.rpm
Squid sent the following FTP command:
RETR mozilla-ru-1.7.7-alt1.src.rpm
and then received this reply
Failed to open file.
