я знаю в чем дело -
samurai на home ~ $ sudo lsmod |grep cpu
cpufreq_userspace       4576  0

а должен быть еще cpufreq - но как его поднять не пойму... modprobe 
cpufreq гвоорит что не может найти этого модуля, хотя вроде он есть :(
