Не возьму в толк, что ей нужно:

[andrei на main Office]$ wine "/mnt/C/Program Files/Microsoft 
Office/Office/winword.exe"

Perhaps you have not properly edited your Wine configuration file 
(/home/andrei/.wine/config)

Что за странное сочетание  L"c:\\windows" ?

В config прописано:


[Drive C]

"Path" = "/var/lib/wine"
"Type" = "hd"
"Label" = "MS-DOS"
"Filesystem" = "win95"


[wine]
"Windows" = "c:\\windows"
"System" = "c:\\windows\\system"
"Temp" = "c:\\temp"
"Path" = "c:\\windows;c:\\windows\\system;"
"Profile" = "c:\\windows\\Profiles\\Administrator"
