information to be included in the Open Source Reference Book 2004 to be 
distributed to the attendees of our Open Source in Government Conference 
March 15-17, 2004 in Washington, DC.

Listing in the Reference Book is free, and the book will be distributed at no 
charge to registered attendees of the Conference.

Думаю, если кому-то есть, что сказать, это лучше сделать. Хуже не будет :)

К сожалению, не говорят пока, будут ли размещать эту информацию в свободном 
доступе. Интересно было бы.
