[sisyphus] autoconf trouble

Никак не могу собрать рабочий проект, сделанный под kdevelop 2.1.2 где-то 
полгода назад, на текущем Сизифе. Постоянно вываливается сообщение:

This Makefile is only for the CVS repository
This will be deleted before making the distribution

Сможет ли кто помочь? Обратился в Community, пока безрезультатно.
