Установил сабж.
# rpm -q mailgraph
mailgraph-1.2-alt1

#service httpd restart

Syntax error on line 14 of /etc/httpd/conf/mailgraph.conf:
Invalid command 'ExpiresActive', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module 
not included in the server configuration

Вот так сразу.
Может модуль какой-то в Апаче выключен?
Почему  /etc/httpd/conf/mailgraph.conf, а не
 /etc/httpd/conf/addon-modules/mailgraph.conf ?
