Не рабатает. Выдало на се раз несколько иное сообщение:

checking for KDE... configure: error:
I can't find the designer plugins. These are required and should have been 
installed
by kdelibs

> или admin/acinclude.m4.in

Тоже не работает. Получил старое сообщение:

checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE libraries installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

А если насильно заставлял обработать измененный admin/acinclude.m4.in с 
помощью make -f admin/Makefile.common cvs, то получал то сообщение, которое и 
при обработке configure...
