Присегоднешнем обновлении proftpd получил:

# apt-get install proftpd
Processing File Dependencies... Done
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done

Обновил rpm, вручную удалил текущий proftpd, теперь получаю:

# apt-get install proftpd
Processing File Dependencies... Done
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done

   anonftp proftpd
0 packages upgraded, 2 newly installed, 0 to remove(replace) and 78 not 
upgraded.
Need to get 0B/537kB of archives. After unpacking 2029kB will be used.
