	./configure --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt3
	
	или
	export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/qt3/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
	export QTDIR=/usr/lib/qt3

	а дальше всё как обычно :-)
