The python-module-gammu-0.26-alt1 package has been rejected from Sisyphus
incoming for x86_64 architecture.

Possible reason follows:

You need installed gammu and enabled pkg-config to find it.

This is done by invoking make install in gammu sources.

If package was installed to other prefix, please use
--pkgconfig-search-path=<install_prefix>/lib/pkgconfig

If you get this error when invoking setup.py install, you can
try to ignore this with --skip-deps
