  + Link files that the user interacts with to the corresponding files
    in the toolchain directory.
  + Add support for rustup. Toolchain can be linked with:
    "rustup toolchain link <your short name for toolchain> <toolchain_dir>"
  + Suffix documentation and man pages with "-major.minor".
  + Provide rust-toolchain subpackage. Removing this package will
    result in complete toolchain removal.
- Split rust:
  + Move rustc and rustdoc into rustc subpackage, removing dependency
    on gcc.
  + Split rustc and native target libraries to simplify packaging and
    maintain consistency with other targets.
  + rust is now meta-package containing requirements on rustc, cargo
    and gcc.
