 - grub-efi-autoupdate: automatically update non-signed binaries
   + revert "grub-efi-autoupdate: update only ALT Linux GRUB efi images"
     (still broken w/o secure boot);
   + grub-efi-autoupdate: migrate to from lowercase boot*.efi
   + grub-efi-autoupdate: fix path to removable EFI app
   + detect if grub was installed with --force-extra-removable
     and update it in the same way
 - drop efi-checkinstall subpackage on loongarch64 and riscv64
