autumn experiment 2002

A one-way serial exchange of copylefted audio files between a group
of participants, each unaware of any files in the series except for
the one directly previous, used as input for their modification.
More details are in the announcement message.

The objectives of this experiment were to catalogue some current
audio techniques and the free software tools used to accomplish
them, give a controlled test to see how derivatives might be formed
from audio works, and demonstrate how audio works might be presented
in an online distribution.
