Предварительная интрига такова:

Рону не понравился заголовок одной из статей по Ardour, в котором значились
слова "профессиональный" и "мастеринг", ибо по его мнению, для мастеринга
Ardour пока не подходит. Рон также упомянул, что Стив Харрис, автор плагинов
LADSPA, работает над средствами профессионального мастеринга.

There's no official proposals that I am aware of.
However, I have spoken about it with Steve Harris and
offered to document the toolset and include an
introduction to mastering. I provided Steve with an
outline that is based on the T-Racks mastering tools.
I believe Steve envisions something close to that but
I could be wrong and would be most accurate to say
that only Steve really knows what he's building. I
think he'd be happy to answer your questions. I don't
have his email handy but you should be able to find it
on ardour-dev at ...

I think the toolset will include an eq, multiband
compressor, limiter and master i/o stage.

I use the T-Racks system in my studio and it's nice
stuff that's relatively easy to use, sounds good, etc.
A search on google will find it. There should be an
online pdf manual.

Steve did indicate that he'd have something to start
testing in about six to eight weeks.

I'm curious, what are you working on?

BTW, I sent Alexandar Bokovoy a hello but didn't hear
back from him. He's probably busy. :)
