[kbd] Patch

Good morning,
I think I have discovered a bug in kbd-2.2.0 in the program 'loadkeys'.

The first row of the table 'key_maps[MAX_NR_KEYMAPS]' of the generated file
would be, in my mind,

plain_map, shift_map, altgr_map, shift_altgr_map,

not

altgr_ctrl_altplain_map, shift_map, altgr_map, shift_altgr_map,

The attached patch fixes this thing (and the related test).
