[kbd] Additional configurations from openSUSE

Hi,

Today I found some differences between kbd in openSUSE and Fedora.
SUSE has same additional keyboard configurations, see
https://build.opensuse.org/source/openSUSE:Factory/kbd/suse-add.tar.bz2 .
I would like to have it upstream.
But maybe you would found something in addition in other files
from https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/kbd .
