[kbd] vlock command exec feature?

Any interest in a feature for vlock to execute a command during session
lock?

Example:
vlock -e cmatrix
vlock -e 'top -s'

Of course it would be up to the user to choose programs that don't allow
shell escapes. Also, I have done some testing myself, but clever people
might know how to escape system() called within vlock (no idea).

I have attached a patch; be advised that my C skills are "just enough to be
dangerous."

Thanks,
Jarett
