[kbd] Possible bug in kbd 1.15.3

Running this:|

# echo keycode 1 = Caps_Lock | loadkeys
# echo keycode 58 = Escape | loadkeys|

on kbd 1.15.2 swaps Caps Lock and Escape.
On kbd 1.15.3 however, it does nothing. It also outputs nothing and returns 0.


On another subject, I'd like to ask for support of the spanish variation of
the Dvorak keyboard.
