[kbd] Request for updating cybercafe.font under kbd/consolefonts

Maintainer of the cybercafe.font has been updated hes font-pack to  
support also special characters.
http://www.is.svitonline.com/quas/tec/font.html (cybercafe.def.fnt).  
Current cybercafe.fnt pack is the
original which havent been updated for ages.

Tested with kbd current

* config and/or log files etc.
http://www.is.svitonline.com/quas/tec/cybercafe3.tgz (cybercafe.def.fnt)

Steps to reproduce:
update the newest cybercafe-font package over the old one.
