Greetings!

I think it's time to make a new release and try new auto-convert
feature and other serious changes.

1.15.1 schedule:

    12 Sep 2009: 1.15.1-rc1
    18 Sep 2009: 1.15.1-rc2 (strings freeze, po/*.po > TP.org)
    24 Sep 2009: 1.15.1
