Что-то моему уму непостижимое :(

Заменили m/b на машине (вроде как апгрейд),
и скорость винта упала в сорок раз.

m/b AK75-EC : 
Винт Seagate 250 Gb стоит на первом контроллере мастером, слэйва нет.
Биос видит его нормально.
