[Hardware] Проблеммы с сервером на ovz ядре

Здравствуйте!
Есть сервер на базе Intel Server Board SE7525GP2 (используется в качестве 
маршрутизатора (сервисы bind,, dhcp, squid, контейнеры ovz, сбор статистики)
(полная информация dmesg во вложении dmesg.txt)
На сервер подняты 2 контейнера OVZ.
При работе сервера на ядре 2.6.18-ovz-smp-alt15 (на alt14 тоже самое) через 
некотрое время нормальной работы сервера (это может быть сутки, двое, а то и 
интервал в пол часа) наблюдаю его падение. В чем это проявляется:
- сервер по сети ни на что не реагирует (даже на пинги)
- когда включаю монитор на сервере, наблюдаю темный экран на котором ничего не 
отображается
Пробовал использовать клавиши Sysrq - безрезультатно, не реагирует
Проблемма решается только путем выдергиванием шнура питания из 220.
Что характерно на ядрах 2.6.18-std-smp такое не воспроизводится. Но мне нужно 
именно ядро ovz...
да, в lilo.conf прописан параметр
append="noevms,panic=50"
соответственно если бы ядро падало, сервер бы перегружался не так ли?

Что посоветуете?
