[Hardware] Проблема с локальной сетью

[Немос]

Есть две машины на первой инет через adsl и зеркало compact
на второй Compact 3.0 при попытке с помощью apt 
установить(обновить) пакеты на ней возникают проблемы с 
загрузкой пакетов с большим размером
сетевуха на второй zyxel omni lan pci m1 ee на чипе от 
realtek в linux автомат подхватывается драйвером 8139too
при закачке больших файлов в dmesg появляются сообщения

На второй машине стоит и windows 98 при закачке через мозилу 
проблем нет,
В чем может быть проблема?
