Установил
ftp://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/sunsite/distributions/altlinux/Sisyphus/files/i586/RPMS/hotplug-2004_03_29-alt2.i586.rpm
Мышь в иксах замерла.
/etc/init.d/hotplug restart оживляет её.



файл /etc/init.d/usb теперь отсутствует
