Это неправильный способ выбора дефолтного компилятора,
скоро gcc5-c++ перестанет реализовывать и предоставлять /usr/bin/g++,
и этот способ перестанет работать.

Необходимо добавить %set_gcc_version 5 или выполнить эквивалентное
действие.
